La célèbre actrice Thea Barfoed vient de connaître une période difficile pendant laquelle elle a divorcé et perdu la garde de ses deux fils. Elle veut maintenant rompre avec le passé, reprendre le contrôle de sa vie et récupérer ses enfants. Son ex-mari, Christian, est rapidement convaincu par son charme manipulateur mais elle doit maintenant se prouver à elle-même qu’elle est capable de remettre sa vie sur de bons rails. Alors que Thea subit les exigences de la vie de comédienne, elle doit affronter ce passé qui la hante tout en s’accrochant au but qu’elle s’est fixée.
Critically acclaimed actress Thea Barfoed has gone through turmoil, which have resulted in a divorce and the loss of custody of her two boys. She now wants to break with the past, regain control over her life and get her children back. Her ex-husband Christian is quickly persuaded by her tough and manipulative but charming personality and she must prove to both herself and him that she is capable of getting her life back on track. As Thea is up against the rigorous demands of stage life and a past that haunts her, she must face her inner demons while clinging to the goal she has set for herself
